Hurricanes' Jackson Blake: Another big impact game
Blake scored two goals and added an assist in a 3-2 overtime win over the Flyers in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference second round Saturday. The Hurricanes advance to the Eastern Conference Finals with a 4-0 sweep.
Blake scored the winner at 5:31 of overtime. His wrist shot bounced off Dan Vladar's glove and trickled over the goal line. Blake was a scoring machine against the Flyers, putting up three goals, four assists and 10 shots. He sits second in team scoring this postseason with four goals and seven assists in eight games. This scoring outburst isn't really a surprise -- Blake's game took a massive jump this season on the team's second line, and he finished the regular season with 22 goals, 31 assists and 174 shots in 81 games. He and linemates Taylor Hall (12 points) and Logan Stankoven (eight points) lead the Canes in scoring this postseason.

Hurricanes' Jackson Blake: Two more points in Game 2
Blake notched two assists Monday, one on the power play, during the Hurricanes' 3-2 overtime win over the Flyers in Game 2 of their second-round series.
The 22-year-old winger helped set up Nikolaj Ehlers for a first-period tally that got Carolina on the board. Blake also got his stick on the puck during an OT scrum in front of Dan Vladar, only to see it trickle over to Taylor Hall, who banged home the game-winner. Blake has begun the second round with a goal and four points in two games, matching his output from the Hurricanes' sweep of the Senators in the first round.

Hurricanes' Jackson Blake: Goal, assist in win
Blake scored a goal on two shots, dished an assist, added 12 PIM, logged three hits and went plus-2 in Saturday's 3-0 win over the Flyers in Game 1 of the second round.
Blake has gotten on the scoresheet in four of the Hurricanes' five playoff games. He has two goals, four assists, 10 shots on net, five hits, 16 PIM and a plus-5 rating this postseason. Blake's offense is stronger than his non-scoring production, and he'll continue to offer plenty of upside as long as he stays on the second line with the red-hot Logan Stankoven.
