  • Dolphins' Jevon Holland: Back to 100 percent

Holland told reporters Tuesday that he is fully recovered from the knee injury that kept him out of the playoffs last season, Hal Habib of The Palm Beach Post reports.

Holland missed four games in 2023 due to injuries to both knees. He played the last two games of the regular season, but he was unable to suit up for the Dolphins' wild-card game against Kansas City. Holland finished with 74 tackles (52 solo), four passes defended, one interception, three forced fumbles and a fumble recovery over 12 regular-season games last year.

  • Dolphins' Jevon Holland: Won't require offseason surgery

Holland (knee) does not expect to undergo surgery to address the injury that kept him from suiting up for Saturday's wild-card loss to the Chiefs, Adam H. Beasley of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.

Holland appeared in 12 regular-season games for Miami, compiling 74 tackles (52 solo), four pass breakups, one interception, three forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. His lone INT came in the form of a pick-six versus the Jets back in Week 12. Now heading into the final season of his rookie contract with the Dolphins, it's encouraging that Holland won't have to face the hurdle of recovering from offseason surgery.

  • Dolphins' Jevon Holland: Won't suit up for wild-card game

Holland (knee) is inactive for Saturday's playoff contest against the Chiefs.

Holland sat out Week 13 through Week 16 due to injuries to both his knees, but he was able to return for Miami's final two regular-season contests. However, he is clearly still far from being 100 percent, as he logged a trio of DNPs during practice this week and won't be able to participate in the opening round of the playoffs. With Holland out Saturday, Elijah Campbell will likely start at free safety.

  • Dolphins' Jevon Holland: Will be game-time decision

Holland (knee) is questionable for Saturday's game against the Chiefs, Daniel Oyefusi of the Miami Herald reports.

Holland has been dealing with the injury for multiple weeks, missing four games before returning for their last two due to it. His status for the wild-card matchup likely won't be known until the team releases its inactive list 90 minutes before the 8:00 PM ET kickoff. If he's unable to play, Elijah Campbell will be the next man up at free safety on the team's depth chart.

  • Dolphins' Jevon Holland: Still listed as out

Holland (knee) was listed as a nonparticipant on the Dolphins' practice estimate for the second day in a row Wednesday.

The starting safety played through the knee injury in the Dolphins' last two regular-season games, but he only managed 35 percent of the defensive snaps in the team's Week 18 loss to the Bills. Before returning for Miami's Week 17 matchup with Baltimore, Holland missed the previous four games. Elijah Campbell is next in line on the depth chart.
