Bears' Keenan Allen: Two Thanksgiving touchdowns
Allen caught five passes for 73 yards and two touchdowns on eight targets in Thursday's 23-20 loss to the Lions.
Allen's eight targets were just over half as much target volume as he commanded in Week 12, but the per-target returns were more efficient for Allen against the Lions. The Chicago passing game did next to nothing in the first half, but Allen was very productive in the second half, scoring both of his touchdowns. Although the Bears offense is still clunky at best, Allen's fantasy prospects have taken a turn for the better by drawing 23 targets over the last two weeks. He'll try to keep rolling at San Francisco in Week 14.

Bears' Keenan Allen: Commands 15 targets
Allen recorded nine receptions on 15 targets for 86 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 30-27 overtime loss to the Vikings.
Allen earned a season-best 15 targets, his third-double digit target total of the campaign. Though he wasn't particularly efficient, he managed to top 45 receiving yards for the first time as a Bear, highlighted by a 40-yard catch and run midway through the first quarter. Allen also tallied his third touchdown of the season with 22 seconds remaining in the game to help set up a remarkable comeback that ultimately fell just short. While it was a positive performance, Allen's track record in Chicago suggests he may not replicate it any time soon.

Bears' Keenan Allen: Active Sunday
Allen (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against the Vikings.
Allen rolled his ankle in practice Friday, and afterward he relayed to Patrick Finley of the Chicago Sun-Times that he was dealing with some stiffness. He subsequently was listed as questionable for Week 12 action, but both the wide receiver and coach Matt Eberflus (via Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com) expressed optimism that he'd be able to suit up. Indeed, that has come pass, and Allen now will be taking on a Vikings pass defense Sunday that ranks 28th in the NFL versus the pass (234.8 yards per game).

Bears' Keenan Allen: Looking good for Sunday
Allen (ankle) remains listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Vikings, but the Bears are confident he'll be able to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Allen made an early exit from Friday's practice after rolling his ankle, but both he and head coach Matt Eberflus expressed optimism afterward that the wideout would be ready to go for Sunday. With nothing seemingly changing on that front in the day following the Bears' last Week 12 practice, Allen should be formally cleared to play when Chicago releases its inactive list 90 minutes prior to the game's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. Since finding the end zone twice in the Bears' Week 6 demolition of the Jaguars, Allen has been held scoreless in the four games following the team's Week 7 bye, turning in a 15-160-0 receiving line on 31 targets during that stretch.

Bears' Keenan Allen: Optimism for Sunday
Head coach Matt Eberflus said Allen rolled his ankle at Friday's practice, leaving him questionable for Sunday's game against the Vikings, but the Bears are "hopeful" the wide receiver will be able to suit up, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports.
After Allen got injured, the Bears pulled him halfway through Friday's session. Allen told Patrick Finley of the Chicago Sun-Times after practice that his ankle has some stiffness, but he also expects to be able to go this weekend. Ultimately, Allen's availability will be confirmed, one way or another, about 90 minutes before Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff.
