Danny Manning has earned the reputation of being one of the best coaches in the country at developing big men, and that was one of the attributes that made him attractive to Wake Forest.

And now Manning has the high-ceiling big man he can help mold for the next few years.

Top-60 prospect Doral Moore committed to Wake Forest on Wednesday morning, as first reported by Rivals.com.

Moore, a Georgia native who plays at Montverde Academy (Fla.), took a visit to the Winston-Salem campus over the weekend. Illinois and Kentucky were also in the mix, although he had to cancel visits to both schools over the past couple of months. Wake Forest positioned itself well throughout the summer with Manning, making him a priority on the July circuit.

The 7-footer is ranked No. 59 in the 247Sports Composite for the class of 2015, but he has plenty of upside and could be ranked too low if he continues to develop and reaches his potential. Moore is long and is a terrific shot-blocker at the rim, and he also has nice touch on his face-up jumper as well as decent range out to the arc.

However, Moore needs to get a little more assertive in the post and add some strength. If Moore becomes an inside-outside offensive weapon, in addition to his dominant shot-blocking ability, he could be an excellent long-term prospect.

Moore is Wake Forest's second commit for the class of 2015, joining point guard Bryant Crawford.
