After being fined $20,000 for not listing Ed Reed on previous injury reports, the Ravens tripled the names on Wednesday's list.

The only player not to participate in Wednesday's practice was DE Pernell McPhee, who was listed with a thigh injury. McPhee has also been dealing with right knee soreness after having two procedures done this offseason.

Listed as limited participants in practice were DT Haloti Ngata (knee), WR Jacoby Jones (shoulder) and CB Jimmy Smith (abs).

Nine players were listed as full participants: CB Chyke Brown (ankle), LB Dannell Ellerbe (hand), S James Ihedigbo (hand), NT Ma'ake Kemoeatu (knee), OT Bryant McKinnie (thigh), LT Michael Oher (ankle), RT Kelechi Osemele (ankle), S Bernard Pollard (chest), S Ed Reed (shoulder/chest), LB Terrell Suggs (Achilles), RG Marshal Yanda (shoulder).

That gives the Ravens 15 players on the injury report, as opposed to just five that were on the list before the bye two weeks ago.

Pollard, who injured his ribs in Week 2 against Philadelphia, hasn't been on the injury report since prior to Week 3's New England game. He has now reappeared on the injury report this week with the same listed injury.

However, Reed didn't agree with the NFL fining the Ravens organization $20,000 since he didn't have to miss practice, despite tearing his labrum.

"It wasn't a serious injury that should have been reported because I wasn't out," Reed said. "That goes to show you about the integrity of the game and how it's changed and how they're making more decisions and fining us and taking away from football, so to say. They're taking money and fining you for small stuff. Anything possible they can fine for you that takes away from them, the NFL, and we are the ones who really are the NFL -- the players."
