Falcons' Paul Fanaika will not return Week 13

Falcons guard Paul Fanaika will not return Week 13 against the Cardinals. 

Fanaika was looked at on the sideline, but was eventually carted to the locker. He was initially ruled questionable to return, but was downgraded to out after being evaluated.
