The Duquesne Dukes will start their season against they. Kickoff is scheduled at 7:30 p.m. ET on Thursday at Glass Bowl.
A big factor in this game might be rushing yards, as these two were some of the best in the league in that department last year. Duquesne were ranked 13th in the nation last season, having averaged 148.8 per game. Toledo did well in that department too, as they were ranked 16th with an average of 202.6 per game.
Looking back to last season, Duquesne finished on the right side of .500 (7-5), and they're hoping to kick off an even more successful campaign this year. Similarly, Toledo had a phenomenal run, finishing with a superb 11-2 record.
Duquesne must know they're fighting an uphill battle given the 28.5-point spread they're up against.
