Stars' Jake Oettinger: Tending twine in Game 5
Oettinger will be in goal on the road in Game 5 versus the Jets on Thursday, Tracey Myers of NHL.com reports.
Oettinger has been excellent in the second round, going 3-1 with a 2.02 GAA and a .929 save percentage over four games. He's got a chance Thursday to secure advancement to the Western Conference Finals if he can come away with his third road win of the playoffs.

Stars' Matt Duchene: Helps out on power play
Duchene notched a power-play assist in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Jets in Game 4.
Duchene had the secondary helper on Mikael Granlund's hat-trick-clinching tally in the third period. The 34-year-old Duchene has earned two assists over four games in the second round. He's at five helpers this postseason, all of which have come on the power play. The center has added 14 shots on net, nine hits, nine blocked shots and a minus-8 rating over 11 playoff contests.

Stars' Thomas Harley: Provides power-play assist
Harley notched a power-play assist and two hits in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Jets in Game 4.
Harley actually saw his highest ice-time total of the second round, logging 26:09 in Game 4 even with Miro Heiskanen (knee) back in the lineup. Harley has played exceptionally in the absence of Heiskanen, and head coach Pete DeBoer probably doesn't want to mess with what's working. Harley has four points over four games versus the Jets in the second round, and he's at a total of nine points, 20 shots on net, 16 hits, 27 blocked shots and a minus-5 rating across 11 playoff appearances.

Stars' Miro Heiskanen: Adds power-play helper in return
Heiskanen notched a power-play assist in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Jets in Game 4.
Heiskanen returned from a 42-game absence due to a knee injury sustained versus Vegas in January. The 25-year-old defenseman was eased back into the lineup, seeing 14:52 of ice time over 19 shifts while the Stars had seven blueliners dressed. Given the length of his absence, it may be a while longer before Heiskanen is near his regular-season average of 25:10 per game. Still, having him back is a big boost to the Stars' blue line, and it puts the team at full strength in the second round.

Stars' Jason Robertson: Earns first point of playoffs
Robertson notched a power-play assist and three blocked shots in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Jets in Game 4.
Robertson helped out on the first of Mikael Granlund's three goals in the game. Since returning from a knee injury to begin the second round, Robertson has a helper, six shots on net, five hits, four blocks and a minus-3 rating. He's had relatively limited ice time, topping 15 minutes in just two of four games since his return, though that's less surprising given the balanced structure of the Stars' lineup.

Stars' Mikko Rantanen: Supplies assist in win
Rantanen logged an assist and two blocked shots in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Jets in Game 4.
Given his recent success, a one-assist performance is a little quiet from Rantanen. Over the last seven games, he's logged at least three points on five separate occasions. The 28-year-old winger is up to nine goals, 10 assists, 32 shots on net, 13 blocked shots, 10 hits and a plus-3 rating across 11 playoff outings. Rantanen will look to add to his totals in Game 5 on Thursday as the Stars try to advance to the Eastern Conference Finals.

Stars' Mikael Granlund: Nets hat trick in Game 4 win
Granlund scored three times, including twice on the power play, and added six hits in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Jets in Game 4.
Granlund had his second multi-point effort in a row, scoring once in each period to lead the Stars' offense in Game 4. The 33-year-old has been on the top line lately, and he's earned five of his seven points this postseason over the last two contests. He's added 15 shots on net, 20 hits, 10 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating over 11 playoff outings.

Stars' Jake Oettinger: Wins again in Game 4
Oettinger stopped 31 of 32 shots in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Jets in Game 4.
Oettinger turned in another good effort and got plenty of help from Mikael Granlund, who had a had trick to lead the Stars' offense. Over four games in the second round, Oettinger has been sharp with just eight goals allowed on 113 shots, good for a .929 save percentage. The 26-year-old will likely get the chance to close out the series in Winnipeg on Thursday in Game 5.

Stars' Jake Oettinger: Defending home blue paint Tuesday
Oettinger is scheduled to tend the home twine Tuesday against the Jets in Game 4, per Mike Heika of the Stars' official site.
Oettinger has turned aside 74 of 81 shots (.914 save percentage) while winning two of the first three games in this series. The Stars are getting a massive lift in Game 4, as Miro Heiskanen (knee) was activated off long-term injured reserve Tuesday and will be in the lineup for the first time since Jan. 28. Through 10 playoff contests, the Jets have scored 29 goals and have put 27.6 shots on goal per game. Oettinger is one victory away from reaching 30 in his postseason career.

Stars' Miro Heiskanen: Removed from LTIR
Heiskanen (knee) was activated from long-term injured reserve Tuesday.
As expected, Heiskanen appears ready to return to the lineup versus Winnipeg on Tuesday in Game 4. After missing 42 straight outings, the Stars might ease Heiskanen back into the fold by dressing seven defensemen and 11 forwards. However, he could still occupy a top-pairing role and see power-play time. Heiskanen had five goals, 25 points, 108 shots on net and 85 blocked shots across 50 appearances during the 2024-25 regular season.

Stars' Miro Heiskanen: Probable to play in Game 4
Head coach Pete DeBoer said he expects Heiskanen to play in Game 4 against the Jets on Tuesday, according to Lia Assimakopoulos of The Dallas Morning News.
Heiskanen will participate in Tuesday's morning skate, and as long as he doesn't suffer any setbacks prior to puck drop, he'll suit up for the first time since the end of January. The Stars may elect to roll with 11 forwards and seven defensemen due to Heiskanen's return, so it's unclear what type of workload the left-shot blueliner will see in his first game back from a knee injury. The 25-year-old has racked up 16 goals and 45 helpers over 85 career playoff outings.

Stars' Alex Petrovic: Scores second career playoff goal
Petrovic scored a goal on his only shot, threw two hits and went plus-1 in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Jets in Game 3.
Petrovic's marker was subjected to a lengthy review to determine if he distinctly kicked the puck into the net, but the goal was ultimately upheld. This was Petrovic's first playoff tally since 2016, when he was with the Panthers. The right-shot blueliner appeared in just five regular-season games in 2024-25, but he's already doubled that total in the postseason. He's been steady on the third pairing, chipping in a goal, an assist, six shots on net, 22 hits and 10 blocked shots while averaging 13:55 of ice time. If Petrovic continues to hold his own on the blue line, he could earn himself a full-time role in the regular season in 2025-26.

Stars' Wyatt Johnston: Nets goal in home win
Johnston scored a goal on two shots and levied four hits in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Jets in Game 3.
Johnston was held without a point in the first two matchups of this series, but he helped seal the win by giving Dallas a 5-2 lead in the final stanza. The 21-year-old has delivered four goals and four helpers over 10 playoff games, but his minus-11 rating is the worst mark on the team. Johnston will look to improve that number when the Stars host the Jets in Game 4 on Tuesday.
