  • Jaguars' LeQuint Allen: Pass-catching RB heads to Jaguars

The Jaguars selected Allen in the seventh round of the 2025 NFL Draft, 236th overall.

The Jaguars drafted running back Bhayshul Tuten in the fourth round, so Allen enters a crowded backfield that already had Travis Etienne and Tank Bigsby. Allen declared for the NFL Draft after three years at Syracuse, two of which he served as the starter. Over those two seasons, Allen produced 2,085 rushing yards and 25 touchdowns on 473 carries (4.4 YPC) in addition to 102 receptions for 731 yards and five touchdowns. While Allen handled a hefty workload in college and started 27 straight games, his frame (6-foot, 204 pounds) and upright running style will make it difficult to maintain such a role in the NFL. Nevertheless, Allen adds versatility to the Jaguars' backfield, as he naturally catches balls and makes plays out of the backfield while also showing an ability to line up as a receiver.

  • Jaguars' Jonah Monheim: Goes to Jacksonville in seventh

The Jaguars selected Monheim in the seventh round of the 2025 NFL Draft, 221st overall.

An experienced offensive line prospect with double-digit starts at three different spots, Monheim is a versatile addition to the Jacksonville offensive line. The USC product won All-Conference honors each of the last three years while playing right tackle (2022), left tackle (2023) and center (2024). With 30-inch arms, center will probably be his meal ticket at the next level.

  • Jaguars' Rayuan Lane: Safety heads to Jaguars

The Jaguars selected Lane in the sixth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, 200th overall.

Lane makes up for his smaller frame (5-foot-11, 200 pounds) with a high motor and quick instincts. The four-year starter stacked up 136 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, 19 pass breakups and six interceptions over his final two seasons at Navy. His 4.57 40-yard dash could hold him back in the NFL, but he'll aim to showcase his skills as a special-teams gunner to earn a spot on the Jaguars.

  • Jaguars' Jalen McLeod: Gets chance in Jacksonville

The Jaguars selected McLeod in the sixth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, 194th overall.

McCleod transferred to Auburn from Appalachian State for his final two seasons. He started nearly every game at Auburn and recorded 105 tackles, 24.0 tackles for loss, 13.5 sacks and three forced fumbles. He has tweener size (6-foot-1, 241 pounds) and his athleticism is likely average at best having not tested at the 2025 NFL Combine. His production is enough to justify this pick alone, however, and he could hold his own on special teams until he earns a rotational defensive role.

  • Jaguars' Jack Kiser: Joins Jacksonville

The Jaguars selected Kiser in the fourth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, 107th overall.

The Notre Dame product was in school for six seasons and had 69 games played, so he's plenty experienced. Kiser is a bit of a tweener with his size at 6-foot-2 and 229 pounds at linebacker, but he has good coverage ability and tackling ability. Jacksonville needed some linebacker depth coming into the draft and Kiser can provide that.

  • Jaguars' Bhayshul Tuten: Joins Jaguars' backfield

The Jaguars selected Tuten in the fourth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, 104th overall.

Tuten was lightly recruited coming out of high school but emerged as a key contributor at Virginia Tech during his final two years in college, combining to score 25 touchdowns while handling 356 total carries. He then helped his draft stock further by running an impressive 4.32 40-yard dash at the combine while also showing a lot of burst in short-area drills. Tuten's landing spot isn't likely to lead to production early in the 2025 season, as both Travis Etienne and Tank Bigbsy are in the mix, but this will be a situation worth monitoring with a new coaching staff making decisions.

  • Jaguars' Wyatt Milum: Jags select experienced Round 3 OL

The Jaguars selected Milum in the third round of the 2025 NFL Draft, 89th overall.

Milum (6-foot-7, 313 pounds) is a player who's likely very skilled at playing offensive line but might not have the necessary frame for his skills to manifest at the NFL level. More specifically, although Milum was a standout four-year starter at West Virginia, including three years at left tackle, Milum lacks the reach to play tackle but is taller than ideal to play guard. Milum's predicament almost exactly describes that of fellow 2025 guard Tate Ratledge, who Detroit selected in Round 2, but Milum might need to find a way to improve his anchor to offset his height at guard.

  • Jaguars' Caleb Ransaw: Lands in Jacksonville

The Jaguars selected Ransaw in the third round of the 2025 NFL Draft, 88th overall.

Ransaw is a slot corner prospect out of Tulane with a quality set of athletic tools. He was a top-end tester in the 40 (4.33), vertical jump (40) and broad jump (129) at the combine, backing up what was a solid collegiate career. He started out at Troy before transferring to Tulane. Ransaw (5-foot-11, 197 pounds) had just one career interception but he showed good coverage ability and the Jaguars clearly believe his tools can turn him into a strong contributor.

  • Jaguars' Travis Hunter: Focusing on offense first

Jaguars coach Liam Coen said Hunter will start off focusing on offense, John Oehser of jaguars.com reports.

It's music to the ears of fantasy managers and Jaguars fans alike, with Hunter -- out of Colorado -- having the chance to earn a starting job on offense and potentially help spark a breakout season for QB Trevor Lawrence. The team wouldn't have given up such a massive haul to move up to No. 2 overall without intent to use Hunter on both sides of the ball, but it's hard to say what that might look like in terms of snap counts (and targets). Jacksonville already has a bona fide No. 1 receiver in Brian Thomas, whose presence arguably reduces the pressure for Hunter to handle large snap counts on offense, although that might not end up mattering long term if Hunter is as good as everyone seems to expect. Coen said Hunter will learn the team's defensive system and take some offseason reps on that side of the ball, even though the Jaguars want offense to be his priority for now.
