Jets' Garrett Wilson: Expected to miss 3-to-4 weeks
Wilson is expected to be sidelined 3-to-4 weeks due to a knee sprain sustained during Sunday's win over the Browns, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
Wilson underwent an MRI on Monday, and it's at least encouraging that his knee injury won't require surgery or a long-term stint on the sideline. That said, Wilson had missed the Jets' prior two games before briefly returning to action Week 10, and he now looks set to sit out until Week 14 against the Dolphins on Sunday, Dec. 7 at the earliest. Assuming Wilson is indeed officially ruled out for Thursday's game against the Patriots, whomever of Justin Fields or Tyrod Taylor is named the starting quarterback will have to rely on Adonai Mitchell, Arian Smith, Tyler Johnson, Isaiah Williams, John Metchie, Allen Lazard and TE Mason Taylor will work as their top pass catchers.

Jets' Garrett Wilson: Being evaluated, getting MRI
Jets coach Aaron Glenn said Monday that Wilson (knee) is still having his injury evaluated and will undergo an MRI, Al Iannazzone of Newsday reports.
Wilson returned to action in Week 10 despite being initially listed as questionable with a knee injury that had sidelined him since Week 6. It's unclear whether Wilson's current knee issue is an aggravation or a new occurrence, but testing on the Jets' No. 1 wideout's knee should provide some clarity. Wilson did not secure any of his three targets before exiting versus Cleveland, and at this stage his status has to be considered up in the air for Thursday's divisional contest against the Patriots. Per Rich Cimini of ESPN.com, Glenn said Wilson will "hopefully" be able to play Thursday but "I don't want to stamp that just yet."

Wilson hasn't played since suffering a hyperextended knee during Week 6 action, but the wideout's return to practice -- albeit in a limited capacity -- following the Jets' bye has him trending in the right direction ahead of Sunday's game against the Browns. Wilson now has two more chances to upgrade his participation level before the Jets post their Week 10 injury designations Friday. Jets' Garrett Wilson: Ready to practice again
Jets head coach Aaron Glenn said that Wilson (knee) will resume practicing this week, Brian Costello of the New York Post reports.
The hyperextended knee that Wilson sustained late in an Oct. 12 loss to the Broncos kept him from practicing ahead of each of the Jets' last two games, but the star wideout appears to be gearing up for a return to the field following his team's Week 9 bye. Before deciding on Wilson's status for Sunday's game versus the Browns, the Jets' coaching and training staffs will likely assess how the receiver's knee responds to his first practice activity in three weeks. Per Eric Allen of the Jets' official site, Glenn was unwilling to name a Week 10 starting quarterback, so if Wilson is available to play Sunday, it's unclear if he'll be catching passes from incumbent Justin Fields or Tyrod Taylor (knee).
