Marshall spent the offseason in Tennessee, but he didn't manage to earn a role on the regular-season roster. He spent the 2019 campaign on Kansas City's practice squad after having gone undrafted out of James Madison.

Marshall spent last season on the Chiefs' practice squad, and he'll now get a chance to compete for a depth role in Tennessee. He'll likely need to impress on special teams for any chance of cracking the 53-man roster.
