Dolphins' Zach Sieler: Another double-digit-sack season
Sieler made 55 tackles (28 solo), including 10.0 sacks, across 15 regular-season appearances with the Dolphins in 2024. He also had two passes defensed, including one interception, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.
Sieler has now logged back-to-back seasons with exactly 10.0 sacks, despite some concerns that the offseason departure of Christian Wilkins (foot) would impact his ability to efficiently rush the passer. The 29-year-old is one of Miami's few true defensive standouts, so although the team has a potential 'out' on a contract that has two years remaining, the Dolphins will be incentivized to figure out a way to keep Sieler in house.

Dolphins' Zach Sieler: Notches another sack in Week 16 win
Sieler recorded four tackles (three solo), including 1.0 sacks, in Sunday's 29-17 win against San Francisco.
Sieler brought down Brock Purdy on the first play of the second quarter to extend his streak of games with at least one sack to three. Pushing that out further, the veteran pass rusher has recorded 6.5 sacks over his past six contests. Sieler needs 1.5 sacks over Miami's final two regular-season games to tie the career-high mark of 10.0 sacks he established last year.

Dolphins' Zach Sieler: Brings pressure in loss to Houston
Sieler made two tackles (one solo), including 1.5 sacks, during Miami's 20-12 loss to the Texans in Week 15.
Sieler has now brought his sack total to 7.5 across 12 appearances this season, putting him within striking distance of the career-best 10.0 mark he notched in 2023. The veteran defensive end will have three more regular-season contests, beginning Sunday versus the 49ers, to boost his totals.

Sieler racked up four tackles (two solo) and 2.0 sacks during Sunday's 32-26 win over New York.
Sieler has now brought his sack total to 6.0 through 11 games this season, with four of those sacks having come in his last four appearances. It will bode well for the Dolphins' fringe chances of making a playoff push if Sieler can keep up his momentum down the stretch, especially during Sunday's must-win road matchup against Houston.
