The second-year offensive lineman from Illinois had missed the Broncos' last three contests due to a high-ankle sprain sustained in Week 5's win over the Raiders. However, Wednesday's full practice suggests he's now moved past the issue. Expect Palczewski to reclaim Denver's top right tackle duties in Week 9, when the Broncos travel to Baltimore.

Palczewski (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's contest against Carolina.
Palczewski suffered a high-ankle sprain Week 5 against the Raiders and hasn't played since. He managed a trio of limited practices this week but isn't yet ready to return. Mike McGlinchey returned from injured reserve last Thursday and is starting at right tackle Sunday versus the Panthers.

Palczewski downgraded to a DNP in Wednesday's practice, so it's no surprise he won't suit up for Thursday night's contest. Expect Frank Crum to serve as the Broncos' top right tackle again in Week 7 with Palczewski set to miss his second consecutive game.

Palczewski's limited estimation Monday is a positive sign after the 25-year-old didn't practice at all last week before missing the Broncos' Week 6 loss to the Chargers. Palczewski didn't practice all week after sustaining an ankle injury in the Broncos' Week 5 win over the Raiders. Palczewski (ankle) is believed to have suffered a high-ankle sprain in Sunday's 34-18 win over the Raiders, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Palczewski underwent X-rays, which came back negative, after exiting Sunday's game in the second half. The offensive lineman is expected to undergo additional tests Monday to determine the severity of the injury.
