Lions' Terrion Arnold: Returns to practice
Arnold (pectoral) was spotted practicing Sunday, Nolan Bianchi of The Detroit News reports.
Arnold had been dealing with a pectoral injury since the beginning of August, but it appears he's moved past the issue after returning to practice Sunday. Expect the 2024 first-round pick to line up opposite Carlton Davis as one of the Lions' top two cornerbacks in 2024.

Lions' Terrion Arnold: Expected back for Week 1
Arnold, who left Monday's practice with a pectoral injury, is expected to be available for the Lions' regular-season opener against the Rams on Sept. 8, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Arnold has picked up a couple of injuries during training camp, and while none have resulted in a long-term absence, it appears he'll be held out for the Lions' final two preseason games. The rookie first-rounder is expected to start at outside corner opposite seven-year veteran Carlton Davis. Arnold will get his first taste of NFL action against veteran quarterback Matthew Stafford and All-Pro wideouts Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua in Week 1.

Arnold was forced to leave Monday's practice early with an upper-body injury, Kyle Meinke of MLive.com reports.
Arnold played 13 snaps in Thursday's preseason opener against the Giants, failing to record any stats. The cornerback is now dealing with an undisclosed upper-body injury that he suffered at practice Monday, and it's unclear if he'll be forced to miss any additional time as a result. Arnold (concussion) practiced Tuesday after clearing the concussion protocol, Kyle Meinke of MLive.com reports.
Arnold left Monday's practice to be evaluated for a concussion, so based on the timing of his return to the field it sounds like he wasn't diagnosed with a brain injury. With Emmanuel Moseley (pectoral) out indefinitely due to a pec tear, the rookie first-round pick's presence at practice is a notable boon for Detroit's secondary. He figures to start across from Carlton Davis.
