After not practicing Tuesday due to a hamstring issue, Crowder managed a pair of limited sessions Wednesday and Thursday, which was enough activity for him to be available for Saturday's matchup. On Washington's initial divisional-round injury report released Tuesday, Crowder was listed as a non-participant in practice due to both the hamstring issue and rest, but only the hamstring issue appears next to his name on Wednesday's report. Crowder is likely just getting some extra maintenance ahead of Saturday's game against the Lions, as Commanders head coach Dan Quinn hasn't suggested that the veteran wideout's status for the contest is in any jeopardy. In the Commanders' wild-card win over the Buccaneers this past Sunday, Crowder started but played just 11 of the team's 73 offensive snaps and finished without a target.

After being limited at practice this past week, Crowder headed into the Commanders' postseason opener listed as questionable. With his active status confirmed, Crowder will bolster the team's depth at wideout and provide a punt return option. Crowder (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Tampa Bay, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.
Crowder was a limited practice participant Wednesday through Friday, after playing 20 snaps without drawing a target in the Commanders' 23-19 win over Dallas in Week 18. He'll likely work as Washington's fourth or fifth WR if he ends up playing, as he's been stuck behind Terry McLaurin, Olamide Zaccheaus and Dyami Brown. The bigger concern for Washington might be punt returns -- a job Zaccheaus handled for much of the season until Crowder returned from injured reserve for the last three games.

Crowder caught two of four targets for 15 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 36-33 win over the Eagles.
The 31-year-old wideout came into the game as a little-used depth option who had just a 4-32-0 line on four targets in three 2024 appearances, but after catching a six-yard TD strike from Jayden Daniels in the first quarter for the Commanders' first points, Crowder played hero by grabbing their last score as well -- a nine-yard toss from Daniels with just six seconds left in the fourth quarter. Crowder has seen his role grow the last two weeks, and it could increase further in Week 17 against the Falcons after Dyami Brown (hamstring) exited Sunday's win.

Commanders' Jamison Crowder: Three catches in return
Crowder (calf) played 21 of the Commanders' 78 snaps on offense and recorded three receptions for 27 yards on three targets in Sunday's 20-19 win over the Saints.
Crowder made his return from injured reserve in Week 15, after he had missed the Commanders' previous 10 games with a calf injury. Prior to getting hurt, Crowder didn't have much of a role on offense over Washington's first two games of the season, but the loss of Noah Brown (kidney) opened up some opportunities in the slot for the veteran.
