Grizzlies' Brandon Clarke: One hundred percent for camp
Clarke (hand) has been a full participant at training camp this week, Drew Hill of The Daily Memphian reports.
Clarke made his 2023-24 season debut March 27 after recovering from an Achilles injury, but he later missed the season finale with a hand contusion. That was a minor issue, however, and there have been no reported restrictions for Clarke. With Jaren Jackson (hamstring) injured to start camp, Clarke has a big opportunity during the preseason.

Grizzlies' Brandon Clarke: Out for season finale Sunday
Clarke (hand) is out for Sunday's game against the Nuggets.
Clarke spent most of the season recovering from an Achilles injury, and while he made his season debut on March 27, he won't play in the final game of the campaign due to a contusion. The Grizzlies won't risk Clarke in a meaningless game, as the team has been out of playoff contention for quite some time now. Clarke ends the 2023-24 season with averages of 11.3 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.0 blocks across 22.3 minutes per game in six appearances (one start).

Grizzlies' Brandon Clarke: Ruled out for Friday
Clarke has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Lakers due to a right hand contusion.
Clarke was unavailable Wednesday against the Cavaliers due to left Achilles injury management, and he'll sit out Friday due to a hand issue. The Grizzlies continue to deal with multiple absences late in the year, and Clarke's final chance to return during the regular season will be Sunday against the Nuggets.

Grizzlies' Brandon Clarke: Gets starting nod
Clarke is in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game versus the Spurs.
Clarke will replace Maozinha Pereira (contract expired) in the starting five Tuesday. Clarke has made five appearances since returning from a torn Achilles and has averaged 10.8 points, 6.2 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.0 blocks in 21.4 minutes.

Grizzlies' Brandon Clarke: Resting Wednesday
Clarke won't play Wednesday against the Cavaliers due to left Achilles injury management, Damichael Cole of The Memphis Commercial Appeal reports.
Since making his season debut March 27 following a 12-plus-month recovery from surgery to repair a torn Achilles' tendon, Clarke has appeared in six of the Grizzlies' last seven games, averaging 11.3 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.0 blocks and 0.8 steals in 22.3 minutes. His lone absence during that stretch came in the front end of a back-to-back set, and he'll be in street clothes Wednesday after playing 27 minutes while making his first start of the season in Tuesday's 102-87 loss to the Spurs. With Clarke and Jaren Jackson (quadricep) sidelined Wednesday, among several others, the Grizzlies will likely be forced to rely heavily on Trey Jemison, Jack White, Timmy Allen and Lamar Stevens (groin) to fill minutes in the frontcourt.

Grizzlies' Brandon Clarke: Considered questionable
Clark is considered questionable for Saturday's matchup with the 76ers due to left Achilles maintenance.
Clarke made his season debut March 27 and subsequently played four straight games. He sat out Memphis' previous game for rest purposes and is in danger of missing his second straight, as the Grizzlies could opt to again err on the side of caution. More clarity on his status should come closer to tipoff.

Grizzlies' Brandon Clarke: Won't play Friday
Clarke (rest) won't play in Friday's game against the Pistons.

Grizzlies' Brandon Clarke: Decent stat line in bench cameo
Clarke registered 13 points (6-9 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal over 20 minutes during Saturday's 118-88 loss to the Magic.
This was Clarke's second appearance of the season, as he's making his way back from an Achilles injury suffered in March last year, and while he might look a bit rusty due to the fact he spent almost an entire year without playing in The Association, the early signs have been quite encouraging. Clarke has scored in double digits in his two outings so far, shooting a combined 9-for-16 from the field while racking up nine rebounds, four assists and two steals across 41 total minutes.

Grizzlies' Brandon Clarke: Plays 21 minutes in season debut
Clarke (Achilles) closed Wednesday's 136-124 loss to the Lakers with six points (3-7 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 0-1 FT), five rebounds, one assist and one steal across 21 minutes.
Clarke tore his left Achilles' tendon in early March last season and needed over a year to recover from surgery before he was able to return to NBA action. The Gonzaga product was able to give Memphis quality minutes off the bench in his season debut, and he recorded a team-best plus-15 point differential while he was on the court. Given his long layoff, Clarke likely won't see his minutes pick up dramatically from Wednesday, especially with the Grizzlies out of playoff contention.

Grizzlies' Brandon Clarke: Available to make season debut
Clarke (Achilles) is available for Wednesday's game against the Lakers, Damichael Cole of The Memphis Commercial Appeal reports.
Clarke is nearly 13 months removed from tearing his Achilles and has officially gotten the green light to suit up for the first time this season. He figures to be monitored closely and will likely handle a small role off the bench. Last season, Clarke averaged 10.0 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.3 steals-plus-blocks in 19.5 minutes per game across 56 appearances (eight starts).

Grizzlies' Brandon Clarke: Upgraded to questionable
Clarke (Achilles) is questionable to play Wednesday versus the Lakers, Drew Hill of The Daily Memphian reports.
Clarke ascending to questionable is an interesting development with 10 games remaining on the schedule. Clarke began contact work at the beginning of March and has been ramping up at practice with the Grizzlies' G League affiliate, with April 3 set to represent 13 months of recovery after tearing his Achilles. An abundance of caution will be exercised with the 27-year-old, but building continuity with Memphis' young contributors could have merit. Clarke's status will need to be monitored in advance of Wednesday's contest.

Grizzlies' Brandon Clarke: Unlikely to suit up vs. Denver
Clarke (Achilles) is doubtful for Monday's game against the Nuggets.
Clarke continues to deal with an Achilles injury and will likely be unavailable again Monday, but it's encouraging that he's doubtful for the team's tilt against the Nuggets rather than being immediately ruled out. However, it's unclear whether the Grizzlies will bring him back before the end of the regular season.

Grizzlies' Brandon Clarke: Remains out Friday
Clarke (Achilles) is out for Friday's game against the Spurs.
Clarke continues to rehab from an Achilles injury, and at this point, it would be surprising if he plays before the end of the season. After all, the Grizzlies aren't reaching the playoffs, and there are only a few weeks left before the start of the postseason. Clarke's next chance to play will come against the Nuggets on Monday.
