  • Dodgers' Andy Pages: Launches 10th homer

Pages went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run in Saturday's win over Cleveland.

Pages smacked a two-out, two-run homer in his first trip to the plate to extend the Dodgers' lead to six runs. It marked the outfielder's first long ball since being called back up from the minors and his 10th overall on the campaign. Pages has also hit safely and driven in at least one run in back-to-back games.

  • Dodgers' Andy Pages: Receives promotion

The Dodgers recalled Pages from Triple-A Oklahoma City ahead of Sunday's 14-3 loss to the Diamondbacks. He came off the bench and went 0-for-3 while playing six innings in right field.

After the Diamondbacks put up eight runs in the second inning to effectively ice the game, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts waved the white flag, pulling Mookie Betts and multiple other key hitters from the lineup early. Pages came on to replace Betts, but the rookie outfielder's opportunities are expected to be far more limited in September than they were earlier in the season, when he was essentially a full-time player for the Dodgers from mid-April through mid-August. Along with Betts and All-Star Teoscar Hernandez, trade-deadline acquisition Tommy Edman will likely handle an everyday role in the Los Angeles outfield, leaving little room for Pages.

  • Dodgers' Andy Pages: Call-up on tap

The Dodgers are expected to recall Pages from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Sunday, Francys Romero of BeisbolFR.com reports.

Pages was optioned to Oklahoma City on Aug. 19 after spending four months with the Dodgers. In the majors this season, he has slashed .246/.305/.388 with nine home runs and 36 RBI across 394 plate appearances. During his upcoming stint with the Dodgers, Pages is unlikely to serve as much more than a short-side platoon player or fourth outfielder.

  • Dodgers' Andy Pages: Optioned to Triple-A

Pages was optioned to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Monday, Francys Romero of BeisbolFR.com reports.

Pages will head back to Oklahoma City after spending four months with the major-league roster, batting .246 with nine home runs, 36 RBI, 54 runs scored and a stolen base over 358 at-bats in 98 games with the Dodgers. The 23-year-old appears to be the odd man out with Los Angeles getting healthy down the stretch, though he is expected to be called up when rosters expand in a couple weeks.

  • Dodgers' Andy Pages: Goes yard in win

Pages went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Tuesday's 7-2 win over the Brewers.

Pages has gone 8-for-22 (.364) over his last seven games, though this was his first homer since June 18. The outfielder is still finding his way into the lineup on a semi-regular basis, but that will be harder to do now that Mookie Betts is back in action and in need of a full-time spot in right field. If Pages' bat stays warm, he may be able to avoid a strict platoon with the lefty-hitting Kevin Kiermaier in center field, but Kiermaier also offers elite defense that could keep him in the lineup in more situations. For the season, Pages has a .248/.307/.390 slash line, nine homers, 35 RBI, 54 runs scored and one stolen base over 387 plate appearances.

  • Dodgers' Andy Pages: Sitting out Monday

Pages is not in the lineup for Monday's game in Milwaukee, Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Pages is coming off one of his better games in a while, having reached base four times in Sunday's win over the Pirates. Nevertheless, he will begin the series opener versus the Brewers on the bench, marking the third time in four games that he has exited the lineup against a right-hander. Kevin Kiermaier will get the nod in center field and may represent the Dodgers' preferred option at the position.

  • Dodgers' Andy Pages: Reaches base four times Sunday

Pages went 2-for-3 with two doubles, two walks and a run in Sunday's 6-5 extra-inning win over Pittsburgh.

Pages appears to be perking up at the plate again, slashing .389/.522/.611 with four doubles over his past six games. Prior to that, he endured an ice-cold nine-game stretch during which he went 3-for-31with 10 strikeouts. It's no surprise that the rookie has had his share of ups and downs, but Pages has maintained a semi-regular spot in the Dodgers' lineup, starting four of the past six games. However, his playing time could be impacted by Mookie Betts' expected return from a hand injury Monday, as Betts is slated to move back to right field after logging most of his time in the infield prior to his injury.
