Meyers will be away from the Astros for a minimum of one game and a maximum of three while he welcomes a new addition to his family. In all likelihood, he'll skip out on the entire three-game series in Cincinnati before being activated ahead of Friday's series opener versus the Diamondbacks in Houston.
