Canucks' Thatcher Demko: Drawing start against Islanders

Demko will defend the road crease against the Islanders on Wednesday, Farhan Lalji of TSN reports.

Demko returned from a 15-game absence Monday against the Devils and picked up the win while turning aside 22 of 25 shots (.880 save percentage). The Islanders are averaging 2.73 goals per game this season, which is the ninth-worst mark in the NHL.
